Polyurethane wedding hall decoration involves applying classical architectural elements in high-ceilinged, spacious event venues using lightweight and durable polyurethane materials. Engineered to achieve aesthetic unity in large-scale event spaces, these systems offer easier installation and superior impact resistance compared to traditional plaster. The gold accents against the mint green background in this project enhance the spacious feeling of the venue while combining classical proportions with modern manufacturing quality.
Polyurethane P1473 and P14D40 jamb profiles used on wall surfaces frame large window niches with defined borders. Above the windows, P1473D67VI, P14D30D160VI, and P14D40D260VI curved arch modules add rhythmic depth to flat wall planes. Featuring a high density of approximately 150-200 kg/m³, these high-density polyurethane profiles ensure long-lasting durability without sagging or cracking.
To strengthen the perception of vertical support across surfaces, P5020W and P5060B pilaster columns as well as P5240C and P5240C50 full columns were selected. At the intersections of column capitals and wall panels, P28120, P2812L, P2812R, P2822SL, and P2822SR intricate corner ornaments support the classical architectural rhythm. With a water absorption rate under 1%, polyurethane materials maintain their structural integrity even in high-humidity event environments.
In the vaulted ceiling structure, P441 medallion and dome modules create circular focal points that highlight the grandeur of central crystal chandeliers. Due to their high thermal resistance (-20°C to +80°C), polyurethane ceiling elements remain unaffected by chandelier heat or ambient lighting and can easily be painted any color using water-based paints. Polure polyurethane systems combine luxury architectural standards in commercial venues with practical installation advantages.
Design Details
The ballroom project featured demonstrates how classical architectural proportions are successfully translated to commercial spaces using polyurethane manufacturing technology. The high coffered vaulted ceiling architecture, combined with P441 dome modules and chandeliers, creates a spacious feel along the vertical axis. Curved arch details (P1473D67VI, P14D40D260VI) crown the window openings, adding rhythm to the walls. Positioned along vertical lines, P5020W and P5060B pilaster columns establish a partitioned layout in the expansive hall, offering balanced symmetry. Precision-molded carved ornaments from the P28120 and P2822 series are highlighted with gold leaf paint finishes. The lightweight nature and high impact resistance of polyurethane provide long-term operational advantages in commercial venues of this scale.
