Neoclassical Decoration

Neoclassical decoration is a design approach that reinterprets classical architectural elements such as surrounds, cornices, columns and roses with plain, ordered proportions. It is applied indoors and outdoors through symmetric layouts, profiled trims and relief detailing. When the elements of this style are made of polyurethane, the material is light; it withstands moisture and impact, will not crack or blister, and can be painted. Unlike wood it will not rot or swell, and compared with plaster the installation is faster, with pieces fixed straight on using adhesive. Because they are mould-cast, the profile and ornament details repeat exactly across every piece of the same model, so a symmetric layout is easy to set up.
