About Us

Polure is a manufacturer: we design polyurethane decorative products, build their moulds and run series production in our own plant. We have been working in this sector since 2000, on a site of 4,000 m² indoor and 3,000 m² outdoor production area in Tuzla, Istanbul.

A manufacturing history built on mould know-how

We started out producing and installing plaster cornices. When we began making the polyester and silicone moulds that plaster manufacturers needed, mould technology moved to the centre of our business. Polyester products followed, and then polyurethane — our main material today. The quality we reach now rests on the mould discipline learned in those years.

Where we led the market

We were the first company to manufacture patterned, moulded window surrounds and columns in Türkiye and make them widely available. We are also the first producer of polyurethane beams, rafters and logs in the country, offered today in 20 models and 15 colours.

Production and technology

The full chain — design, mould, production, dispatch — stays in-house. Aluminium, silicone, epoxy and polyester moulds are machined individually for each product using 3D scanning and CNC. Our scanning fleet includes Artec Ray, Spider 2, Eva and Leo, plus an XGRID point-cloud system for precise on-site surveys, so an existing motif, a historic detail or a project area can be captured digitally to the millimetre. Series production runs on Hennecke machines, the world leader in polyurethane injection.

Because the scan models are high resolution, we can produce a true-to-scale 3D render at project stage, before anything is manufactured: you see how the product will sit in the space before installation.

What the material delivers

Our rigid polyurethane has a density of 150–220 kg/m³, absorbs less than 1% water thanks to its closed-cell structure, is class B2 flame retardant and holds its shape between -100 °C and +80 °C. It does not rot, swell, grow mould or attract insects. Products leave the factory with a white acrylic primer, ready for the topcoat of your choice.

Catalogue and bespoke production

Our catalogue covers window surrounds, columns and capitals, cornices, beams, rafters and logs, skirtings, borders, corbels, panels and decorative accessories. For anything outside it, our own mould department produces a new mould, or we machine the piece directly on CNC for the specific project.

There is no middleman: you buy straight from the manufacturer, so pricing, lead time and technical advice all come from one source. Products are supplied ex-works and we ship regularly to every region of the world.
