Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

In accordance with the Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data. 1. DATA CONTROLLER As the data controller, Polure ("Company") processes your personal data within the scope described below. You can find our contact details on our Contact page. 2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING Your personal data is processed for the purposes of providing our products and services, creating orders and quotations, managing customer relations, evaluating requests and complaints, fulfilling legal obligations and communicating with you. 3. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED Your identity and contact information (name, surname, e-mail, telephone, address), order/quotation details, and transaction and traffic data related to your use of the site may be processed. 4. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING Your data is processed under Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, based on the legal grounds of the establishment or performance of a contract, the fulfilment of a legal obligation, legitimate interest, and, where necessary, your explicit consent. 5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA Your personal data may be transferred, in accordance with the legislation, to authorised public institutions and to the suppliers from whom we receive services (e.g. hosting, payment, shipping) for the purposes of fulfilling legal obligations and providing services. 6. RETENTION PERIOD Your personal data is retained for the period necessary for the purposes for which it is processed and for the statutory retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation; at the end of the period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. 7. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT (Art. 11 of KVKK) As a data subject, you have the right to: learn whether your data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing; request correction if it has been processed incompletely/incorrectly; request its deletion/destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK; request that such actions be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred; object to a result against you arising from the analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems; and request compensation if you suffer damage. 8. Your applications are concluded within the periods stipulated in the KVKK and related legislation.
