Polyurethane Classic Column and Wall Panel Ballroom Design
This grand ballroom design showcases classical architectural discipline at its finest, serving as a premier reference for prestigious event venues. Featuring wide archways, soaring ceilings, and symmetrical wall layouts, the design maximizes volumetric depth. The vertical elements and gold-accented motifs selected for the wall decoration seamlessly blend the characteristics of classical palace architecture with modern engineering.
The vertical lines that form the primary visual axis of the design integrate Polure's P5030, P5030B, P5030C, P5040, P5040B, and P5040C pilaster column models. Far more than mere aesthetic surface cladding, these pilaster systems function as faux columns that visually balance and ground the weight of the ceiling and arch transitions. Additionally, column components such as P5230D, P5240D, P5830, P5840, P5930B, and P5940B placed at transition points bring the monumental grandeur of ancient Roman and Greek temples to the space with their circular forms and Corinthian capitals.
For modular wall sectioning and symmetrical framing, P82210 panels were utilized. These panels fill the expansive wall spaces of high-ceilinged rooms with an aesthetic rhythm, achieving visual continuity with the P28120 decorative ornaments adorning the arch pediments. Thanks to the high-density structure of polyurethane, these intricate carved and embossed motifs offer much sharper details and superior impact resistance compared to traditional wood or plaster alternatives.
In high-traffic areas such as wedding halls, hotel lobbies, and large convention centers, the mechanical durability of decorative elements is critical. Polure polyurethane products offer long-lasting performance in commercial projects due to their moisture-resistant, crack-proof, and easy-to-clean structural properties. Furthermore, the lightweight nature of polyurethane ensures easy installation while contributing positively to acoustic insulation in high-ceilinged spaces by minimizing echo.
- The P28120 ornaments at the arch joints elegantly connect the vertical pilaster lines with the horizontal ceiling transition.
- The fluted shaft design of the P5030 and P5040 series pilasters enhances the play of light and shadow, adding depth to the space.
- High-density polyurethane material prevents the P82210 wall panels from deforming in high-traffic event halls.
- Classic column capitals (P5930B, P5940B) paired with gold leaf application create focal points that reinforce the palace concept.
- Natural light from the large windows highlights the three-dimensional details and superior surface quality of the polyurethane reliefs.
- Polyurethane elements offering modular installation significantly shorten the construction timeline of large-scale commercial projects.
