Polyurethane Wall Panel Models
A polyurethane wall panel is a rigid polyurethane board bonded to the wall, giving the surface a moulded texture or relief. It is fixed straight onto plaster without battens and, absorbing less than 1% water, can also be used in wet rooms. The Polure range covers eight families — plain, wainscot, 3D relief, fretwork, brick and stone textured, wood-look and slim geometric — with coverage between 0.16 m² - 2.79 m² per piece.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a polyurethane wall panel?
A rigid polyurethane board bonded to the wall with a moulded texture or relief. It is fixed straight onto plaster and needs no battens.
Which panel families are available?
Plain, wainscot, 3D relief, fretwork, brick and stone textured, wood-look and slim geometric panels, with coverage from 0.29 m² to 2.79 m² per piece.
How is the number of panels calculated?
Wall width × height gives the gross area, openings are deducted, the result is divided by the coverage per piece and 10% waste is added (15% for patterned or fretwork panels).
Can it be used in bathrooms and kitchens?
Yes. Closed-cell polyurethane absorbs less than 1% water, so there is no swelling, blistering or mould, unlike MDF and plaster panels.
How is it installed — are battens required?
No battens. It is bonded to clean, sound plaster with a PU-based mounting adhesive; large panels are supported until cured. Silicone-based adhesive is not used.
Does the panel insulate?
The panels on this page are decorative interior panels. Where insulation is expected, the insulated facade panel families are used.
How is it painted?
The white factory primer is a technical base. Mat the whole surface with 180-220 grit, apply the system primer and then the topcoat; on 3D and textured panels a patina deepens the relief.
Will the joints be visible?
Joints filled flush with acrylic filler and sanded with 180-220 grit disappear after painting. On patterned panels the motif alignment is planned in advance.
How deep is a 3D panel?
Relief depth ranges from 12 mm to 150 mm; P3000D8, D10 and D15 give 80, 100 and 150 mm respectively.
What makes the price vary?
Coverage, relief depth, motif workmanship and quantity, with 10-15% waste. The price covers the product only and goods are ex-works.
