During installation, the mounting surface must be clean and dry. Polure Polfix adhesive is applied to the back of the panels before placing them on the wall, followed by screwing for mechanical fastening. Joints and screw holes are filled with putty and smoothed with 180-220 grit sandpaper. The process is completed with an optional primer and two coats of paint. Compared to plaster alternatives, it is shatterproof, and it is significantly harder and more impact-resistant than EPS products.
