The P7403 carved panel is a premium decorative element crafted from high-density rigid polyurethane, designed to add depth and dimension to interior walls and exterior facades. Featuring a four-pointed geometric star motif and stepped profile transitions, it creates a striking play of light and shadow, instantly transforming flat surfaces. This design beautifully reinterprets traditional motifs with modern manufacturing techniques, seamlessly blending with both classic architectural details and contemporary interior concepts.
The panel features square outer dimensions of 630x630 mm and a thickness of 30 mm. This ideal thickness delivers a rich sense of depth without protruding excessively from the wall. With a high-density rigid structure of 150-200 kg/m³, it offers a surface hardness comparable to wood. Unlike traditional plaster, it is highly impact-resistant, minimizing the risk of breakage. Thanks to its closed-cell structure, it is completely moisture-resistant, ensuring it retains its shape over time without shrinking, expanding, or cracking.
Visually, the panel stands out with its stepped frame lines narrowing toward the center and a smooth, flat central surface. This flat center serves as an ideal base for chandelier installation in ceiling applications, while offering a clean, balanced look on walls. Its perfectly symmetrical design allows multiple panels to be tiled seamlessly, creating continuous, captivating geometric patterns across larger surfaces.
The P7403 carved panel is highly versatile. It is ideal for creating a stunning feature wall behind TV units in living rooms, designing elegant headboards in bedrooms, or partitioning large wall areas in hotel lobbies and restaurants. Fully waterproof and moisture-resistant, it can also be safely installed in damp environments like bathrooms and spas.
For installation, Polure Polfix adhesive is applied to the cleaned surface, and the panel is secured mechanically with screws. Once screw heads and joints are filled and sanded, the surface is ready for painting. The product comes factory-primed; however, an additional coat of primer can be optionally applied to meet specific paint manufacturer warranties. We recommend water-based paints for interiors and UV-resistant exterior paints for outdoor applications.
- Thanks to its square form and geometric star motif, the P7403 carved panel offers highly versatile application possibilities
- Indoors, it is ideal for creating a striking feature wall in living rooms, cladding the area behind TV units, or designing a decorative backdrop behind beds
- On ceilings, it can be used as a central ceiling medallion or to create symmetrical accents in corners
- With a water absorption rate of under 1%, it can be safely installed in high-humidity areas like bathrooms, Turkish baths, spas, and indoor pools without risk of swelling
- For exterior designs, it serves beautifully as a decorative accent panel above or below windows, or at building entrances to add architectural dynamism
- When coated with UV-resistant paint, it ensures long-lasting beauty outdoors
- The installation surface must be completely free of dust, dirt, and moisture
- Apply Polure Polfix polyurethane adhesive to the back of the P7403 panel and press it onto the surface
- Although the panel is lightweight, mechanical fastening with screws is mandatory to ensure safety and long-term adhesion
- Fill screw holes and joints with acrylic filler
- Once dry, sand the surface smooth using 180-220 grit sandpaper
- Applying an additional primer coat is optional (often recommended by paint manufacturers for their warranties)
- Complete the installation by applying at least two coats of paint—using water-based or synthetic paints for interiors, and UV-resistant exterior paints for outdoor applications
- Maintaining polyurethane panels is exceptionally easy
- Dust and surface stains can be wiped away periodically with a damp cloth
- Avoid using abrasive powder cleaners, acidic chemicals, or stiff brushes during cleaning
- For panels installed outdoors, we recommend checking the paint condition every few years—depending on exposure to sunlight and weather elements—and refreshing the exterior paint as needed to maintain its pristine look
