The P3000D4 wall panel is an exclusive polyurethane decorative element designed to bring depth and structural order to vertical surfaces. Offering a wide range of aesthetic solutions from classic boiserie systems to modern geometric wall designs, it revitalizes traditional flat walls while enhancing the architectural character of any space.
In terms of technical specifications, the product measures 700 mm in width, 1440 mm in height, and 40 mm in thickness. This substantial thickness creates a striking three-dimensional shadow effect on the surface. Its rigid structure, with a density of 150-200 kg/m³, provides wood-like durability while remaining remarkably lightweight. Thanks to its closed-cell structure, it does not absorb water and is completely unaffected by moisture and humidity.
The visual design features a modern and sleek profile composed of overlapping, stepped layers. These clean geometric lines blend seamlessly with any interior design concept, ranging from neoclassical to contemporary styles. The high-quality surface is perfectly smooth, reflecting light and shadow play with ultimate clarity.
Its areas of application are highly diverse. Indoors, it is frequently preferred for luxury hotel lobbies, TV accent walls, restaurant partitions, and headboard designs. Thanks to its water resistance, it can also be safely used in wet areas like bathrooms. Outdoors, it serves as a prestigious facade accent panel. For outdoor applications, a UV-resistant paint finish is mandatory to prevent yellowing.
During installation, the panels are miter-cut and positioned on a clean surface. Only Polure Polfix adhesive must be used for bonding; silicone adhesives should be avoided. Mechanical fastening with screws is mandatory for secure installation. Although the factory primer prepares the surface for painting, applying an additional primer is optional and left to the customer's discretion due to paint manufacturers' warranty terms. Polure does not accept liability for paint performance.
Compared to traditional materials like plaster and wood, this rigid material stands out for its non-brittle nature, lightweight properties, and resistance to rot and insect infestation. With its long-lasting structure, easy repairability, and superior dimensional stability, it adds high value to your projects.
- Wall panels offer a wide range of applications for both interior and exterior spaces
- Indoors, they are highly preferred for living room accent walls behind sofas, bedroom headboard designs, and protective, decorative boiserie (paneling) above baseboards in hallways
- They are also ideal for adding depth to vertical surfaces in luxury restaurants, hotel lobbies, and office reception areas
- Thanks to their completely water- and moisture-resistant structure, they can be safely used in humid environments such as bathrooms and kitchens
- Externally, they give an architectural identity to buildings when used at villa entrances, between floor moldings, or as facade accent panels
- For outdoor applications, painting the product with a UV-resistant exterior paint is mandatory to protect it from sunlight
- Architects often integrate these panels with concealed LED lighting in their projects to create modern light plays and shadow effects
- The installation must be carried out on a clean, dry, and smooth surface
- The joints of the panels are prepared by making a 45-degree miter cut
- Only Polure Polfix polyurethane adhesive must be used for bonding; silicone-based adhesives should not be used
- After applying the adhesive, mechanical fastening with screws from specific points is strictly required to ensure full stabilization
- Screw heads and joints are then filled with a high-quality exterior joint filler
- Once the filler dries, the surface is smoothed using 180-220 grit sandpaper
- While the factory-applied primer protects the surface, an additional coat of primer can be optionally applied to meet the paint manufacturer's warranty requirements
- In the final step, two coats of water-based or synthetic paint are applied
- Since the products feature a closed-cell structure, they do not absorb water or swell
- This makes cleaning exceptionally easy; they can be wiped periodically with a damp cloth
- Abrasive chemicals, hydrochloric acid, or stiff brushes must not be used during cleaning
- Thanks to its rigid structure that offers high impact resistance, the product is long-lasting
- For panels used outdoors, it is recommended to check the paint periodically depending on weather conditions and refresh it if necessary
- In case of any damage, the surface can be easily repaired by applying filler and sanding
