The P585050 is a decorative half-column model that beautifully blends vertical lines with classic architectural details. Offering the advantage of flush-to-wall mounting, this semi-circular shaft creates a sense of depth without occupying excess space. By leveraging the visual power of vertical lines, it allows designers to optically elevate ceiling heights. Inspired by classical-era column designs, its structure brings a prestigious and stately appearance to any environment.

The product measures exactly 250 mm in depth, 500 mm in width, and 2400 mm in height. It is manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-200 kg/m³). This durable structure, matching the hardness of wood, offers excellent impact resistance while remaining exceptionally lightweight compared to traditional plaster or marble columns. Thanks to its closed-cell structure, its water absorption rate is below 1%, providing complete protection against moisture, rot, and pests. With a temperature resistance ranging from -20°C to +80°C, it retains its form even under harsh weather conditions.

The fluted (channeled) vertical lines create elegant shading effects depending on the angle of daylight, adding dynamic movement to the wall. It is an ideal design for integrating neoclassical, Roman, and traditional architectural styles into modern projects. Delivered from the factory with a white primer coat, the smooth surface provides an excellent base for the final paint application. While the factory primer enhances paint adhesion, applying an additional primer remains at the customer's discretion, as paint brands often require their own primers to validate warranties.

Suitable for both interior and exterior applications, this model offers a wide range of uses. It is highly preferred for building entrance portals, villa facade decorations, hotel lobbies, living room wall designs, and aesthetic cladding for structural columns. It serves as an ideal architectural element for concealing existing reinforced concrete columns or creating a decorative focal point. During installation, Polure Polfix adhesive must be applied to a clean surface, followed by mechanical fastening with screws. Silicon-based adhesives are not suitable for this product line. This architectural element, which does not crumble like plaster and is unaffected by moisture unlike wood, adds lasting value to your projects with its durable, maintenance-free structure. For outdoor applications, painting with UV-resistant paint is mandatory; otherwise, the unpainted product may yellow under direct sunlight.

Boasting high mechanical strength, this decorative element can be easily puttied, sanded, and repainted after installation. Its structure, which can be effortlessly cut using standard woodworking tools, saves installers valuable time during application. Thanks to its lightweight nature, it does not add to the static load of buildings, offering a major advantage for earthquake safety compared to heavy traditional stone alternatives.
