P82017_FLEX is a flexible polyurethane panel border moulding engineered for curved and rounded architectural surfaces. It is designed to frame curved wall paneling and seamlessly cover ceiling joints with a decorative finish. Featuring a closed-cell polyurethane structure with a density of 150-220 kg/m³ (production target ~160 kg/m³), it offers high mechanical resistance. With a water absorption rate below 1%, P82017_FLEX is ideal for high-moisture environments. It withstands temperature variations from -100 °C / +80 °C without warping. Unlike rigid plaster mouldings, its flexibility eliminates the risk of snapping during installation, while its lightweight build allows for easy adhesive mounting. The surface comes ready to paint with standard water-based or synthetic paints.
