Decorative Polyurethane Pilaster Wall Columns

The P5020WP decorative pilaster wall column is a premium architectural element designed to create elegant vertical lines and divide expansive wall surfaces in both interior and exterior projects. Serving as a sophisticated alternative to traditional wall paneling, this profile enhances depth and visually elevates the ceiling height of any space.

With a slim depth of 31 mm, this column offers a low profile that fits perfectly even in narrow hallways and transition areas without obstructing movement. Measuring 200 mm in width and 2400 mm in height, it aligns seamlessly with standard ceiling heights. It is manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), providing a surface hardness comparable to wood while eliminating the fragility and heavy weight associated with plaster alternatives.

Featuring a recessed panel design and a smooth, flat shaft, this pilaster complements a wide range of interior styles, from neoclassical elegance to modern minimalism. The product comes pre-finished with a high-quality factory primer that ensures excellent topcoat adhesion. However, since paint manufacturers typically do not guarantee adhesion over third-party primers, applying an additional primer coat post-installation is optional and at the user's discretion. Polure assumes no liability for issues arising from third-party paint applications.

Engineered with a closed-cell structure and low water absorption (below 1%), this polyurethane profile is moisture-resistant, helping prevent rotting or swelling. It is ideal for both interior and exterior applications. For outdoor installations, coating the column with a high-quality, UV-resistant exterior paint is mandatory to protect the material from sun damage.
