Decorative Polyurethane Pilaster Panel Column Models

The P5060WP decorative pilaster panel column is a high-quality architectural element specially developed for use in both interior designs and building facades. Adding depth to blank and flat wall surfaces, this panel column visually increases ceiling height thanks to its vertical lines and brings structural order to spaces. Unlike heavy and fragile traditional materials such as stone, plaster, or marble, it offers a practical alternative in modern projects with its lightweight and impact-resistant structure.

Looking at its technical specifications, it offers a wide and prominent surface coverage area with a depth of 65 mm, a width of 60.5 cm (605 mm), and a height of 240 cm (2400 mm). Manufactured from high-density (150-220 kg/m³) rigid polyurethane raw material, this product is as tough as wood yet lightweight enough to ensure easy installation. Thanks to its closed-cell structure, its water absorption rate is below 1%. This feature helps prevent the product from rotting, swelling, or cracking in humid environments or harsh exterior conditions such as rain, snow, and frost. It maintains its dimensional stability by preserving its shape in temperatures ranging from -20 °C / +70 °C.

The design of the product features stepped rectangular frames set upon a sleek, smooth body. As seen in the image, these fine details surrounding the flat center panel offer a balanced aesthetic that harmonizes with both modern and classical architectural styles. If desired, you can combine this shaft with various column capitals and bases from Polure to achieve a more majestic column look, or use it on its own as a minimalist wall panel.

The P5060WP model is an ideal decorative choice for luxury residential projects, hotel lobbies, restaurant chains, wedding venues, and grand villa facades. It is frequently preferred for dividing wide walls into aesthetic sections, framing doors and windows, or creating focal points behind headboards and TV units. If used in exterior applications, it must be painted with a UV-resistant exterior paint to protect it from the damaging effects of sunlight.

The product is shipped from the factory with a protective primer coat that prepares the surface for painting. However, since paint manufacturers do not guarantee applications done without their own primers, applying an additional primer coat is entirely optional and at the customer's discretion. Polure accepts no liability for paint applications or the performance of the paints used. Resistant to insects and mold, and offering a much longer lifespan than traditional wood or plaster alternatives, this decorative panel adds value to your projects with Polure quality.
