Decorative Polyurethane Pilaster Column Panel

The P5030WP is a vertical architectural element featuring a flat, smooth panel surface designed to add depth to wall surfaces. Frequently preferred in hybrid designs blending classical and modern architecture, this vertical element creates a load-bearing column effect along vertical lines, making ceilings appear higher and spaces more majestic. With its clean edge details and wide, flat center panel, it seamlessly integrates into any interior design concept.

Measuring 32 mm in depth, 302 mm in width, and 2400 mm in height, this product offers ideal proportions for spacious walls or facade designs. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-220 kg/m³), the panel matches the hardness of wood while remaining exceptionally lightweight. Thanks to its closed-cell structure, moisture absorption is below 1%, preventing moisture-related deterioration to maintain maximum dimensional stability.

A closer look at its visual design reveals a stepped, symmetrical frame profile along the edges, elegantly bordering the flat center panel. These minimalist yet distinct lines create a sophisticated depth on the wall through the interplay of light and shadow. The smooth surface comes with a factory-applied white primer, providing a practical base for final topcoat applications.

It offers a wide range of applications for both interior and exterior spaces. Indoors, it can be used as wainscoting transitions on living room walls, behind headboards, or as vertical dividers in hotel lobbies. On exteriors, it can be combined with window and door casings to create grand entrance portals. Assess water and moisture exposure using the product technical data, surface finish and installation details.

Compared to plaster alternatives, it is shatterproof and lightweight; unlike wood, it does not warp when exposed to moisture. During installation, it is miter-cut at 45 degrees and placed on a clean, dry surface. For a strong bond, only Polure Polfix adhesive should be used, supplemented by screws for mechanical fastening. After filling screw holes and joints with joint compound and sanding with 180-220 grit sandpaper, an optional primer coat followed by two coats of paint can be applied over the factory primer. For exterior applications, using UV-resistant paint is highly recommended.
