Polyurethane Curved Archway Systems

Polyurethane curved archway systems are modular architectural profiles designed to cleanly finish circular, oval, and vaulted wall openings. Commonly used in residential hallways, store display windows, and heritage-themed restaurant interiors, these profiles serve as a durable, lightweight alternative to traditional wood or plaster archwork. Featuring a density of 150-220 kg/m³, they provide both high flexibility and structural strength. With a low water absorption rate of 0.8%, they are moisture-resistant and resist cracking over time. Dimensionally stable within the test range of -20 °C / +70 °C, these arches are installed using screws and polyurethane adhesive sealant. They significantly reduce labor time and feature a paint-ready surface compatible with all finish types.
