Polyurethane Arched Arch

A polyurethane arched arch is a decorative arch element made of polyurethane with a curved, bowed form that is applied to the upper part of an opening. It is used at door, window and niche transitions to create a curved upper frame and give the space a soft transition. Polyurethane is lightweight and is applied directly to the wall with mounting adhesive; it needs no additional support. It resists moisture and impact, does not crack or swell, and can be painted after priming to match the colour of the room. Compared with stone or plaster arches it is lighter and faster to install, and unlike wood it is not affected by moisture. Because it is mould-cast, the arch curve and profile repeat identically on every piece. Polure produces arched arches in a range of spans and sizes.
