The P1456D75VI polyurethane round arch is a premium architectural element designed to crown doors, windows, and transition corridors in both interior and exterior spaces. Reflecting the classic semi-circular form of classical and neoclassical architecture, this decorative arch adds depth and beautifully defines structural boundaries. Frequently preferred in both historical restoration projects and modern-classic designs, this curved arch elevates the architectural elegance of any space.
With a profile width of 137 mm, an outer diameter of 1150 mm, and an arch height of 575 mm, this product forms a geometrically perfect semi-circle. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-200 kg/m³), it offers the durability and hardness of wood while remaining remarkably lightweight. Thanks to its closed-cell structure, its water absorption rate is below 1%, providing complete protection against moisture, rot, insects, and mold—a major technical advantage over traditional wood and plaster alternatives.
The visual design features stepped circular contours (grooves and ridges) symmetrically crafted to enhance the play of light and shadow. Its smooth, flat surface texture ensures a clean, flawless finish after painting without any waviness. Thanks to its high dimensional stability, it does not crumble like plaster or crack and warp like wood, ensuring long-lasting aesthetic integrity even on exterior facades.
Its application areas are highly versatile. Indoors, it can be used in wide hallway transitions, entryways, above decorative wall niches, and on custom library units. On exteriors, it serves as an elegant framing element at the crown of arched window trims, main entrance doors, and patio exits. Being significantly lighter than plaster alternatives, it does not add structural load to the building and ensures an easy installation process.
For installation, the surface must be clean and dry. Polure Polfix polyurethane adhesive should be applied to the back of the product, followed by mechanical fastening with screws. Once screw holes and joints are filled with acrylic filler and sanded smooth with 180-220 grit sandpaper, the painting process can begin. Although the factory-applied primer prepares the surface for painting, an additional primer coat can optionally be applied to meet paint manufacturers' warranty conditions. Using UV-resistant paint is mandatory for outdoor applications.

- Maintenance of the polyurethane curved arch is highly practical
- Thanks to its closed-cell structure, it does not absorb water and is unaffected by moisture
- Accumulated dust indoors can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth
- Abrasive chemicals and stiff brushes that could damage the surface primer or paint should not be used during cleaning
