Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (rigid PU), this circular arch features a width of 137 mm, a length of 1980 mm, and a height (arch span) of 990 mm. With a density of 150-200 kg/m³, it matches the hardness of wood while being significantly lighter. Thanks to its closed-cell structure, its water absorption rate is below 1%, preventing swelling, rotting, or deterioration in humid environments. It retains its shape in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +80°C, preventing dimensional instability such as expansion or cracking.

The visual profile of the product features stepped and fluted outer edge details merging into a smooth, curved surface. These finely detailed lines create a play of light and shadow, adding movement to plain wall transitions. Inspired by the arched portals of classical Roman architecture, this form allows for a cohesive portal design when combined with columns or jamb elements. Even on plain wall surfaces, it serves as a powerful standalone architectural statement.

Offering a wide range of applications, this curved profile is frequently used for exterior window pediments on villas, building entrance pediments, and transition arches in hotel and restaurant lobby corridors. Indoors, it is ideal for dividing wide, doorless transitions between living and dining rooms, framing the tops of niches, or creating a decorative focal point behind headboards. Unlike plaster, this lightweight polyurethane architectural element carries no risk of breakage, and unlike wood, it is resistant to moisture and insect infestation. During installation, it should be fixed to a clean surface using Polure Polfix adhesive and mechanically reinforced with screws. The factory-primed surface comes ready for painting; however, applying an additional primer coat is optional, depending on the paint manufacturer's warranty terms. For exterior applications, a UV-resistant paint is mandatory.
