Combining the classic circular forms of Roman and Neoclassical architecture with modern engineering, this product creates fluid transitions between spaces. It revives the timeless elegance of historic palaces and villas on both facades and interiors, without the structural weight associated with traditional stonework or cast plaster. The embossed keystone at the apex visually crowns the dual curves of the arch, creating a balanced focal point.

Crafted from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-200 kg/m³), this arch element offers a surface hardness comparable to wood while remaining remarkably lightweight. With a thickness of 221 mm, an outer width of 1550 mm, and a height of 871 mm, it perfectly fits wide door and window openings. Thanks to its closed-cell structure, water absorption is negligible (under 1%), ensuring it will not rot, warp, crack, or attract pests, even under harsh outdoor conditions like rain, snow, frost, and high humidity.

The visual design features smooth, stepped circular profile lines. The trapezoidal keystone positioned at the peak is adorned with embossed leaf motifs, giving the product a handcrafted feel. A factory-applied white primer smooths the surface, making it ready for the final topcoat. Offering high flexural strength compared to heavy plaster or marble alternatives, it eliminates the risk of breakage during transport and installation.

This versatile arch profile can be used on exterior facades as a window pediment crown or as a grand overdoor pediment for building entrances. Indoors, it is ideal for dividing wide corridor transitions, highlighting living room entrances, or framing niches above fireplaces. It can also be paired with vertical columns or decorative pilasters on side walls to create a complete, cohesive portal design.

For installation, Polure Polfix adhesive is applied to a clean, dust-free, dry surface, and the piece is mechanically secured using steel screws. Screw heads and joints are then filled and sanded smooth with 180-220 grit sandpaper. While the factory primer prepares the surface for painting, some paint manufacturers may require their own primer for warranty purposes; thus, an additional pre-topcoat primer is optional. For long-lasting outdoor durability, a UV-resistant topcoat must be applied.
