Polyurethane Round Curved Arch Door and Window Trim

Designed to highlight the aesthetic power of circular lines in architectural projects, the decorative element P1456D533HO offers a seamless transition over doors and windows. This curved arch design softens sharp corners, adding depth to facades and interior walls. It is the ideal solution for architects and interior designers looking to introduce the fluid effect of circular forms in both classic restoration projects and modern transitional spaces.

Measuring 22.6 cm in width, 144.9 cm in length, and 20 cm in height, this product is optimized for wide-span circular transitions. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane, this curved molding element offers the hardness of wood at a fraction of the weight, thanks to its 150-220 kg/m³ density. Its closed-cell structure provides low water absorption (below 1%), offering moisture resistance against rot and mold. Dimensional stability has been tested within -20 °C / +70 °C, helping maintain its dimensional stability over time.

Visually, the product features a sleek and smooth surface profile. The curved steps, gently tapering toward the inner arch, create a play of light and shadow that adds three-dimensional movement to the facade. Free of intricate motifs, these minimalist and clean lines allow the product to blend seamlessly with both neoclassical and modern architectural styles. The factory-applied primer provides an excellent base for a smooth and durable topcoat finish.

Its applications are highly versatile. It can be used as a decorative crown over arched window frames on villa facades, in wide transitional corridors of hotel lobbies, restaurant entrances, or interior wall niche designs. Suitable for both interior and exterior use, this versatile element directly enhances the architectural quality and prestige of any structure. For outdoor applications, coating with UV-resistant paint is required to protect the material from sunlight.

Include the product weight and fixing loads when assessing the substrate and supporting structure. During application, pre-cut pieces with 45-degree miter joints are positioned on the cleaned surface. Only Polure Polfix adhesive, which ensures a strong bond, should be used for gluing; silicone-based adhesives must be avoided. Mechanical fastening with screws is mandatory. Once screw holes and joints are filled with exterior-grade filler and sanded smooth, the installation is completed by applying an optional extra primer and a topcoat over the factory primer.

Requiring no long-term maintenance due to its durability and ease of workability, this architectural detail adds lasting value to your projects. Manufactured with Polure quality, this circular curved arch combines aesthetic elegance with technical superiority to redefine your living spaces.
