Polyurethane Round Arch Model

The P1456D135VI architectural element is a semi-circular decorative arch designed to crown door openings, windows, and hallways. With a width of 1750 mm, a height of 875 mm, and a profile thickness of 137 mm, this curved profile adds depth and elegance to any space. It softens transitions between rooms indoors while lending a classic, sophisticated character to exterior facades.

Manufactured using high-tech methods, this product is made of high-density rigid polyurethane foam (150-200 kg/m³). This density offers a durable structure with the hardness of wood, yet places virtually no load on the building compared to traditional plaster or cast materials. Its closed-cell structure keeps water absorption below 1%, completely preventing swelling, cracking, or rotting over time.

Featuring a visually smooth surface with elegant, stepped concentric circular lines, this arch creates a rich texture on wall surfaces through the interplay of light and shadow. Blending neoclassical and traditional architectural styles with modern manufacturing discipline, its design instantly transforms simple wall transitions into a premium focal point.

The product is shipped factory-primed in white, providing an excellent base for the final coat of paint. However, since paint manufacturers do not guarantee applications outside of their own priming systems, applying an additional primer coat after installation is optional and at the user's discretion. Polure does not accept liability for paint application or the performance of the paint used.

Thanks to its lightweight structure, installation is exceptionally practical. It does not crack or crumble during application. Secured to the surface using only Polure Polfix adhesive and mechanical screws, the arch can be easily sanded, puttied, and painted in any color once dry, making it ready for use.
