The Polure P1456D44VIB is a premium polyurethane round arch element designed to add aesthetic depth above doorways, hallway transitions, or window frames in both interior and exterior projects. Blending classical architectural curves with modern manufacturing technology, this product softens flat walls and sharp corners to create a fluid, elegant visual flow. It is the perfect decorative component for architects and homeowners looking to establish an inviting atmosphere in entryways or transitional corridors.

This elegant arch design features dimensions of 840 mm in width, 420 mm in height, and a profile depth of 211 mm. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-200 kg/m³), it offers impact resistance and mechanical strength comparable to real wood, while remaining lightweight enough for easy installation. Thanks to its closed-cell structure, the water absorption rate is below 1%, providing outstanding resistance to moisture, humidity, rot, and other adverse outdoor conditions.

Unlike plaster alternatives, this polyurethane element carries no risk of cracking or chipping, and it is far more moisture-resistant than wood, allowing for a quick and clean installation. During installation, the mounting surface must be dry and clean, and Polure Polfix polyurethane adhesive must be used. For a secure and durable application, mechanical fastening with screws is mandatory alongside the adhesive. Shipped from the factory with a white primer coat, the surface is fully ready for painting.

After installation, joints and screw holes can be filled, sanded, and finished with water-based or synthetic paints. While the factory-applied primer ensures excellent paint adhesion, applying a proprietary primer may be optionally preferred to meet specific paint manufacturers' warranty terms. Although Polure does not assume liability for paint applications, proper installation and quality paint will ensure this decorative arch maintains its form for the lifetime of the building.
