P85403_FLEX is a bendable flexible polyurethane molding designed for curved wall and ceiling lines. It creates seamless profile runs around circular columns, oval ceiling frames, and curved hallway walls. Manufactured with a density of 150-220 kg/m³ (production target ~160 kg/m³), P85403_FLEX offers high impact resistance thanks to its flexible structure. With a low water absorption rate of 0.5%, it will not swell or deform in high-humidity environments. It maintains its structural dimensions across a temperature range of -100 °C / +80 °C. Compared to heavy plaster or hard-to-bend wood moldings, it ensures fast installation. The smooth surface is fully compatible with standard interior paints.
