P91021_FLEX Flexible Polyurethane Profile

P91021_FLEX is a flexible polyurethane skirting and moulding profile engineered for curved architectural features, rounded walls, and cylindrical columns. It provides seamless joint transitions along curved hallways and circular layouts. Manufactured at a density of 150-220 kg/m³, this profile offers high impact and abrasion resistance. With low water absorption (below 1%), its dense polyurethane structure remains moisture-resistant during floor cleaning. Unlike wood or MDF, its flexibility ensures a snug fit on curved surfaces while remaining resistant to cracking. With dimensional stability tested between -20 °C and +70 °C, P91021_FLEX can easily be painted in any color.
