P91021_FLEX Flexible Polyurethane Profile

P91021_FLEX is a flexible polyurethane skirting and moulding profile engineered for curved architectural features, rounded walls, and cylindrical columns. It provides seamless joint transitions along curved hallways and circular layouts. Manufactured at a density of 150-220 kg/m³ (production target ~160 kg/m³), this profile offers high impact and abrasion resistance. With a water absorption rate below 1%, its dense polyurethane structure remains unaffected by moisture during floor cleaning. Unlike wood or MDF, its flexibility ensures a snug fit on curved surfaces without cracking. Thermally stable from -100 °C / +80 °C, P91021_FLEX can easily be painted in any color.
