With a width of 1012 mm, a height of 677 mm, and a thickness of 36 mm, it adds distinct depth and richness to large-scale ceiling frames, expansive wall panels, or door pediments.

Our product is manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-200 kg/m³). This high density provides a hardness similar to wood while remaining exceptionally lightweight, unlike traditional plaster. Thanks to its closed-cell structure, its water absorption rate is below 1%, offering complete protection against moisture, rot, insects, and mold. With a structure that fully retains its shape in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +80°C, it can be safely used in both interior spaces and harsh exterior conditions.

The deep carvings and relief details in its visual design interact with light to enhance the three-dimensional depth of the space. The right-oriented (R) design pairs perfectly with its left-oriented counterpart in symmetrical layouts, making it ideal for grand fireplace mantels, headboards, or the majestic walls of hotel lobbies. While the factory-applied white primer prepares the surface for the final topcoat, applying an additional primer is entirely optional depending on the paint manufacturer's warranty requirements.

Compared to traditional wood or plaster decorations, installing this rigid polymer material is highly practical. Its durable structure eliminates the risk of cracking or crumbling, ensuring zero waste during installation. It is easily mounted by applying Polure Polfix adhesive to the cleaned surface and securing it mechanically with screws. Since unpainted polyurethane may yellow when exposed to direct sunlight, using UV-resistant paint is mandatory, especially for exterior applications.
