Polyurethane Decorative Square Ornament Motif

The P2901 decorative square motif is a classic embossed ornament designed for both interior and exterior projects. Measuring 104x104 mm with a thickness of 25 mm, this compact accessory is ideal for adding depth and elegance to any surface. It serves as a perfect accent at the intersections of wall panels, door frames, or on furniture surfaces.

Crafted from high-density rigid polyurethane, this product boasts a density of 150-200 kg/m³, offering a wood-like hardness without the risk of rotting, cracking, warping, or insect infestation. It is exceptionally lightweight compared to plaster alternatives and highly impact-resistant. Thanks to its closed-cell structure, its water absorption rate is under one percent, making it perfectly safe for high-moisture areas like bathrooms or exterior facades.

The design features symmetrical daisy-like floral motifs at all four corners, connected by elegant twisted rope relief details. A stepped transition tapers toward the center, leaving a square recess. This relief structure creates a beautiful play of light and shadow, adding a three-dimensional aesthetic to any surface. Pre-primed in white at the factory, its smooth surface is highly receptive to artistic finishes like distressing, antiquing, or gold leafing.

This decorative square piece is a highly versatile architectural element. It is commonly used to embellish the corners of wall moulding frames, accent fireplace mantels, or replicate the look of hand-carved wood on classic furniture. On exterior facades, it serves beautifully as small decorative rosettes along cornices or window trims.

For installation, apply Polure Polfix adhesive to a clean surface and secure mechanically with screws. Joint lines and screw heads should be filled, then sanded smooth with 180-220 grit sandpaper before painting. While the factory primer prepares the surface, applying an extra primer coat is optional and at the customer's discretion, as paint manufacturers may not guarantee adhesion without their own primer. Polure does not warrant paint applications. For outdoor use, a UV-resistant paint is mandatory to prevent yellowing.
