Polyurethane exterior facade elements are high-performance architectural profiles designed to shield building envelopes from harsh weather conditions while adding three-dimensional aesthetic value. In regions with severe climates like Erzurum, the technical properties of exterior cladding materials are crucial. Featuring a high-density 180-200 kg/m³ polyurethane structure, these profiles ensure zero moisture absorption and will not crack or expand under extreme temperature fluctuations ranging from -40°C to +80°C. On the double-story gallery windows of the facade, P14D40D200VI curved arches and P14D40 window trim profiles highlight vertical lines, bestowing a grand presence upon the structure.
Layered detailing applied in exterior trim and arch combinations creates depth around window and door frames. Highlighted in this design, the P1454, P1456, P1459, P1460, P14D20, and P14D30 window trim models form rhythmic borders around openings, enhancing the interplay of light and shadow. On upper-floor balcony transitions, P14D25D100VI curved arches paired with matching P14D25 window trims establish visual balance across the elevation relative to the double-height gallery opening below. With a water absorption rate under 1%, these products extend the lifespan of two coats of exterior acrylic paint, offering a maintenance-free facade for years.
Colonnade features positioned on building corners and the main entrance axis reinforce the symmetry and order inherent to classical architecture. In this villa project, P5020 pilaster column shafts and P5020B column capitals visually accentuate the structural architectural layout. P3000D10 and P3040A smooth panels used on flat facade areas provide a clean backdrop behind the relief moldings and columns. Decorative P28120 ornaments placed at transition points soften joint lines, generating a cohesive architectural language.
Compared to heavy concrete or precast elements, the lightweight nature of polyurethane exterior profiles allows fast installation without adding unnecessary dead load to the building structure. Secured using specialized polyurethane adhesives and mechanical anchoring, these profiles exhibit high resistance against wind and seismic forces. Their surface structure is fully compatible with water-based and solvent-based exterior paints, enabling a wide range of custom color combinations for villa architecture. Executed with proper detailing and quality craftsmanship, polyurethane exterior cladding offers a value-enhancing architectural solution for residential properties.
In this Erzurum villa project, a two-story classical facade design was realized through the technical and visual advantages of polyurethane profiles. The P14D40D200VI curved arch used in the gallery opening enhances the vertical scale, while upper-floor P14D25D100VI arches complete the symmetrical layout. P5020 pilaster columns and P5020B capitals at the corners impart a solid, monumental character to the building. The stepped arrangement of P1454, P1456, P1459, and P1460 window trim profiles creates refined shadow effects around windows. Clean background transitions achieved with P3000D10 panels and P28120 decorative ornaments highlight the classical proportions of the architecture seamlessly.
