Exterior Facade Precast Ornamentation

Exterior facade precast ornamentation is polyurethane decorative molding with a precast (mold-cast) appearance applied to the facade surface. Elements such as corner pieces, bands, frames and motifs provide the look of traditional precast concrete ornamentation using polyurethane. Polyurethane is lightweight and resists moisture, frost and outdoor weather; it does not crack or swell and can be painted with exterior facade paint. Because it is far lighter than precast concrete, installation is fast, requires no crane, and adds no extra load to the wall.
