The visual composition resembles a captivating outdoor exhibition that blends the monumental impact of classical architecture with modern material technology. In this space, where natural sunlight hits at soft angles, the light stone tones of the columns create a perfect contrast with the deep green of the trees and the organic forms of bare branches. The vertical lines in the space carry the perception of ceiling height upwards, offering the viewer a spacious and magnificent atmosphere, while the strategic placement of structural elements strengthens the sense of depth.
The product variety in the design showcases Polure's wide range of models. In addition to fluted and smooth body options, specially designed helical (twisted) columns like P5540 and P5240 form the focal point. Ionic (P5940B) and Corinthian (P5840C) type capital details combine with bases such as P5240I and P5840B to give each column a distinct character. These elements of different heights and diameters function not just as load-bearing appearances on exteriors, but also as an artistic layer.
The products used in this project were brought to life with high-density polyurethane precast production techniques. Each piece emerging from the molds preserves the micro-details of stone texture while providing great advantages during the assembly phase due to its lightness. Especially in outdoor use, its high resistance to moisture, water, and temperature changes puts these products ahead of heavy and fragile alternatives like plaster or marble. CNC-supported precision mold craftsmanship ensures that the acanthus leaves and volutes on the column capitals maintain their sharp lines.
For large-scale villa entrances, garden landscapes, or hotel lobbies, such column combinations offer unique visual richness. Our recommendation for designers is to use twisted columns at points that need emphasis, such as entrance gates, while spreading simpler fluted models like P5840 and P5830C across the facade to create a rhythmic order. Using different capital types together will give the space an eclectic and rich historical texture.
Design Details
The different column forms used in the space prevent monotony by creating a visual hierarchy on the vertical axis. Helical bodies add dynamism, while straight fluted bodies reinforce the feeling of stability and trust. The play of shadows on the column surfaces highlights the detail sensitivity and form depth of the polyurethane. The monochrome approach in the color palette allows complex motifs to be perceived as a whole without straining the eyes.
