Extremely lightweight compared to heavy concrete or fragile plaster alternatives, this structural element delivers premium column aesthetics without adding any static load to the building.

Manufactured using high-density rigid polyurethane (PU) foam technology, this product is completely resistant to water, moisture, and decay thanks to its closed-cell structure. This superior material durability prevents cracking or warping, even under harsh outdoor conditions. Its hollow cylindrical core serves as an excellent aesthetic wrap to seamlessly cover existing structural steel pipes or reinforced concrete pillars, as shown in the visuals.

The smooth surface design offers architects and decorators immense creative freedom. Artistic finishes such as marble effects, distressed patinas, or gold leafing can be seamlessly applied to this completely flat shaft. A factory-applied white primer prepares the surface for final topcoat applications. However, since paint manufacturers typically do not guarantee finishes on surfaces without their own system primers, applying an additional primer coat before painting is optional but recommended.
