Classic Villa Architecture: Polyurethane Balustrades and Gold Pilasters

These pieces, which are much lighter than traditional plaster or stone castings, can be applied to the exterior without increasing the static load of the building. The material's non-water-absorbent property and paint retention performance guarantee long-lasting use, especially in areas directly exposed to moisture such as open terraces and balconies.

Our suggestion for such an exterior configuration is to use hidden LED lighting on the facade to emphasize the balcony railings and column capitals. Linear light strips that can be hidden behind polyurethane elements add a dramatic depth to the building during night use. Additionally, you can ensure continuity in the design by minimally repeating the gold leaf details on the door and window jambs (P1460).
