Detached House Facade

A detached house facade is an application area in which the exterior wall surfaces of detached homes are arranged with polyurethane casings, bands, and profiles. Casings around windows and doors, band lines between floors, pilasters at corners, and cornices under the eaves give the facade order and movement. Polyurethane facade elements are lightweight, applied with adhesive and plugs, and cut to size; they resist moisture, sun, and impact, do not crack, swell, or warp, and can be painted with exterior paint. Being lighter than stone and concrete, they add no load to the facade and install quickly. Because they are mould-produced, the profiles repeat identically on every facade.
