Vertical pilasters at the building's corners strengthen the vertical axis, while the fluted full columns (S200 series) used in the gazebo design add an antique aura to the outdoor lounge. Minimalist railings on balconies and terraces balance the dense ornamentation, preventing visual clutter while maintaining safety.

All decorative elements in this project are manufactured using polyurethane precast technology. Precast production involves pouring high-density liquid polyurethane into precision-engineered molds. This technique ensures that every jamb and column is identical with millimetric accuracy. Especially in exterior applications, the non-porous structure of the material prevents water absorption and provides superior resistance to cracking. Its lightweight nature allows for fast and practical installation without adding significant static load to the building structure.

When planning a villa of this style, pay close attention to vertical and horizontal proportions. For wide windows, 15-20 cm wide jamb profiles can be preferred to maintain the scale of the structure. To bridge the gap between the pool area and the main house, gazebo columns should share similar forms with those at the entrance.
