Neoclassical Villa Design

Neoclassical villa design is the composition of a villa's interior and exterior volumes with classical architectural elements and symmetrical proportions in mind. The placement and proportions of elements such as casings, cornices and columns on the facade, and ceiling roses, panels and coving indoors, form the basis of this design. When the elements are made of polyurethane they are lightweight and applied directly with construction adhesive; they resist moisture and impact, do not crack, blister or warp, and can be painted. Being lightweight, they add no extra load to the structure, and installation is completed faster than with stone and plaster alternatives. Because they are mould-cast, the profile cross-sections repeat identically on every piece, which allows the symmetrical villa composition to be applied cleanly.
