This villa design, where sunlight emphasizes every detail on the facade, combines the purity of white with the grandeur of gold leaf decorations. The atmosphere of the space features a balanced composition inspired by classical European palace architecture. Large windows and high ceilings support the monumental stance of the building, while the light color palette used on the exterior reflects sunlight, making the structure appear more spacious and magnificent. The architectural character signals a luxury living space through the dominance of vertical lines and the perfect use of symmetry.
The most striking elements on the facade are the massive polyurethane columns and pilasters, highlighted by gilded capitals. Decorative jamb models (P1462, P1457) surrounding the windows and window crowns (P6045, P6041) add depth and layers to the facade. Polyurethane balustrade systems (PB7216, PBK28) used in balcony and terrace areas complete the building's safety with an aesthetic form, while floor moldings (P5260, P5860) and corbels (P82210) soften the transition between levels. Especially the wide-bodied columns (P5960B, P5560) and their accompanying bases (P5840B, P5940B) transform the structural weight into a visual feast.
All products used in this project are manufactured using high-density polyurethane precast techniques. The advantage of precast production is that parts cast in special molds at the factory fit together with millimetric precision. This minimizes craftsmanship errors during installation and accelerates the construction site progress. Gold leaf details are applied onto special CNC cuts or mold details with professional painting techniques, making them resistant to outdoor conditions such as humidity and UV rays. The lightweight nature of polyurethane allows these massive decorations to be safely applied without adding additional static loads to the building.
If you are planning a similar villa design, you can combine jamb models of different thicknesses to create contrast and break the monotony on the facade. For a softer look instead of gold leaf, champagne or pearl white patina applications can be preferred. In terrace sections, a minimalist classical style can be achieved with more elegant profiles like P5240. The paintable feature of polyurethane products offers great flexibility when you want to change the color of the building in the future.
The facade design is a reinterpretation of 'Grand Classicism' using modern materials. Gold leaf details are strategically placed on column capitals and floor moldings to define focal points. Vertical pilasters make the building appear taller, while horizontal decorations ensure visual flow. Choosing polyurethane allows for the intricate details of stonemasonry in a smooth, lightweight form. The rhythmic arrangement of windows adds an architectural musicality to the facade.
