This villa design, where pure white tones meet natural sunlight, blends the elegance of neoclassical architecture with the comforts of modern living. On the facade opening to a spacious pool veranda, the color discipline between the anthracite gabled roof and snow-white walls emphasizes the building's massive form. The light color palette enhances the sense of spaciousness outdoors, while the sun's angle maximizes the play of shadows on architectural ornaments, offering a deep visual feast.
The main character of the facade is formed by massive polyurethane columns (P6013) extending uninterrupted from the ground floor to the roof eaves. These fluted columns are completed with Corinthian-style carved capitals, giving the structure a monumental stance. Wide jamb profiles surrounding the windows and thick cornices acting as floor moldings frame the glass surfaces, adding an aesthetic rhythm to the facade. Traditionally formed balustrades used on the balconies are among the most important details supporting the classic line.
All products used are prepared with high-density precast polyurethane production techniques. Unlike plaster or marble, this technology offers extreme lightness, putting no extra load on the building's structural system, while flawlessly reflecting even the finest patterns with CNC precision. These elements, prepared in a factory environment, dramatically shorten labor time by requiring only special adhesives and mechanical fixing during the assembly stage.
To achieve a similar aesthetic in detached housing projects, column placements that emphasize the vertical axis of the windows should be preferred. In areas with high humidity, such as the poolside, the 100% water and moisture resistance of the polyurethane material prevents swelling or cracking, ensuring low long-term maintenance costs. Visual focal points can be created with contrast-colored door frames applied over white exterior paint.
Vertical and horizontal proportions are balanced through columns and floor moldings. Decorations around wide windows break the planarity of the glass, giving the facade a three-dimensional movement. Reflections from the pool enrich light refractions on smooth polyurethane surfaces, reinforcing the perception of luxury.
