Illuminated by the soft tones of daylight, this villa project combines the elegance of neoclassical architecture with modern production technologies. While the purity of the white used on the facade clarifies the structural form of the building, the contrast created with the anthracite pitched roof adds character to the structure. The extensive landscaping and symmetrical layout ensure that the exterior decorative elements appear balanced from every angle. The positioning of the windows and the emphasis on the entrance section are meticulously planned to create a classic sense of prestige in the architectural composition.
The columns and column capitals (P2842R, P2842L, P2842A, P2842) that stand out in the application give the entrance portico and balconies a monumental atmosphere. Decorative window frames (P1456, P1465) and crown models (P9003A) strengthen the visual hierarchy by adding depth to the facade. Large molding profiles (P5030B, P5830) and corner details (P80235) used between floors emphasize the layered structure of the building, while polyurethane balustrades (P6041) on the balcony railings offer a holistic aesthetic that completes the classical design.
All products used in the project are manufactured with high-density precast polyurethane technology. Thanks to precast production, the heavy and costly processes required by traditional stonemasonry have been eliminated, resulting in lightweight, ready-to-assemble elements with millimetric detail precision. This technique, which provides ease in exterior assembly, does not place additional load on the structure and works in perfect harmony with the thermal insulation layer. The smooth surface of the products allows the exterior paint to look longer-lasting and more vibrant.
In such an exterior design, it is critical to choose window frames in proportions suitable for the window dimensions. While thinner profiles are preferred for small windows, wide decorative elements (P5040B, P5025W) should be preferred in villas with high ceilings and large windows, as in this project. Spotlights hidden at the base of columns or inside window frames for night lighting help you display the three-dimensional structure of polyurethane details in an impressive way even in the dark.
Vertical lines are balanced with columns and horizontal lines with floor moldings, giving the building an imposing appearance. Light and shadow plays create a dynamic texture on the facade thanks to the depth of the polyurethane crown and frame details. The pediment decoration in the entrance area draws the focal point to the main entrance, providing architectural guidance. The smooth finish of the polyurethane in material selection gives the feeling of flawless craftsmanship required by classical architecture. The simplicity in the color palette highlights the richness of the forms of the products used.
