The P2842A decorative pediment is a classic architectural embellishment designed to create a magnificent focal point on building facades and interior transitions. Featuring grand dimensions and rich relief carvings, this product crowns doors and windows, adding depth and character to any structure.

Measuring 92.5 cm in width, 91 cm in height, and 20.5 cm in depth, this large-scale crown is manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-200 kg/m³). Its wood-like hardness provides excellent impact resistance, while its lightweight nature ensures no extra load is added to the building's structural system during installation. The closed-cell structure keeps moisture and water absorption below 1%, preventing rotting, swelling, or cracking in rainy, snowy, and humid environments.

The visual design features symmetrical leaf motifs, elegant scroll (volute) forms, and a central circular shield detail. The fan-like acanthus leaves at the top beautifully blend the noble lines of classical Roman and Greek architecture with modern manufacturing quality. The factory-applied primer preserves the sharp details of the patterns while preparing a perfect surface for a smooth final coat of paint.

With its grand and tall structure, it is ideal for grand villa entrances, hotel lobbies, over-mantel fireplace decorations, and historical building restorations. Suitable for both interior and exterior use, this product serves as a primary visual element crowning window trims or grand interior doorways. For exterior applications, coating with UV-resistant paint is mandatory to protect it from the weathering effects of sunlight.

Unlike traditional plaster or heavy marble pediments, this lightweight decorative element carries no risk of breakage, allowing for fast and safe installation on-site. During installation, the surface must be cleaned, Polure Polfix adhesive applied to the back, and mechanical fastening secured with screws. Although the factory-applied primer makes the surface ready for painting, paint manufacturers may not guarantee applications done without their own primers; therefore, applying an additional primer coat is entirely at the customer's discretion.
