The product features a depth of 31 mm, a width of 600 mm, and a height of 224 mm. These ideal dimensions ensure a perfect visual balance with standard door frames and medium-scale furniture designs. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-200 kg/m³), this decorative crown matches the hardness of wood but is significantly lighter. Thanks to its closed-cell structure, it has a water absorption rate of less than 1%, making it completely immune to moisture, humidity, and rot. It maintains its dimensional stability and shape even under extreme temperature fluctuations ranging from -20°C to +80°C.

The symmetrical scroll motifs integrate seamlessly with a central, upward-expanding shield-like crest relief. Elegant spiral arms extending to both sides maximize the play of light and shadow, creating a striking three-dimensional depth on the surface. Delivered from the factory pre-primed with a special white undercoat, this decorative element is ready for final topcoat painting thanks to its smooth texture. However, since paint manufacturers do not offer warranties for applications done without their own primers, applying an additional primer before the final coat is optional and left to the end-user's preference.

To ensure mechanical strength, the product must be secured with screws; joints and screw holes are then filled with a high-quality exterior acrylic filler. Once dry, the surface is smoothed with 180-220 grit fine sandpaper and can be painted with water-based or synthetic paints.
