The P2841L decorative polyurethane pediment crown is an exclusive ornamental element designed to bring classical architectural details to life above doors and windows. Boasting superior technical specifications, the product is manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane with a density of 150-200 kg/m³. With dimensions of 662 mm in width, 288 mm in height, and 103 mm in depth, it offers an ideal structural presence. Thanks to its closed-cell structure, its water absorption rate is below 1%, completely preventing swelling, rotting, or deterioration in humid environments. Maintaining its form in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +80°C, it ensures long-lasting durability both indoors and under harsh outdoor conditions.

In terms of visual design, the P2841L model features a rich relief structure adorned with asymmetrical acanthus leaves, flowing curves, and dynamic S-scroll wave motifs. Despite having the hardness of wood, its lightweight structure adds no extra load to the building's structural balance. Compared to plaster alternatives, it exhibits high resistance to breakage and impacts, and unlike wood, it does not suffer from insect infestation, mold, or cracking when exposed to moisture. When compared to EPS foam materials, it is significantly harder, more impact-resistant, and features much sharper detail lines.

During the application process, the product is delivered with a factory-applied primer coat. Although this primer prepares the surface for the topcoat, paint manufacturers generally do not guarantee applications done without their own primers, making any additional priming entirely optional based on customer preference. During installation, Polure Polfix adhesive should be applied to the cleaned surface, followed by mechanical fastening with screws. Once screw heads and joints are filled and sanded, the process is completed by painting with UV-resistant paints for exterior applications.
