The P1472D170VI model polyurethane round curved arch is a decorative architectural element designed for both interior hallway transitions and exterior door and window headers. By bridging wide openings with an elegant circular curve, this structural piece enhances the depth perception of any space. Blending traditional arch forms with modern manufacturing technology, it elevates your structures from the ordinary, adding a distinctive and powerful architectural character.

With dimensions of 193 mm in width, 2310 mm in span (length), and 1155 mm in height, this product is ideal for large-scale and prestigious projects. It is manufactured from high-density (150-220 kg/m³) rigid polyurethane. This density provides a surface hardness comparable to wood while keeping the product lightweight. Thanks to its closed-cell structure, its water absorption rate is below 1%, ensuring it will not swell, rot, or deteriorate in humid interiors or exterior applications. It maintains its shape across a temperature range of -100 °C / +80 °C, offering exceptional dimensional stability.

For installation, Polure Polfix adhesive should be applied to the cleaned surface, followed by mechanical fastening with screws. Although the factory primer prepares the surface for painting, an additional coat of primer prior to the topcoat can be optionally applied to meet specific paint manufacturers' warranty terms. Once screw holes and joints are filled and sanded, the arch can be painted with water-based or synthetic paints.
