Bringing the vaulted and arched transitions of traditional architecture into modern living spaces, this specialized polyurethane architectural element adds depth to both interior designs and exterior facades. Featuring a 27 mm wall thickness, a 926 mm circular span, and a 259 mm arch height, this product offers perfectly balanced proportions for medium-sized openings. Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-200 kg/m³), this curved arch delivers surface durability comparable to wood while remaining exceptionally lightweight. Thanks to its closed-cell structure, it is fully resistant to moisture, humidity, and water, with a water absorption rate below 1%. This ensures the material will not rot, swell, or lose its shape over time, even under harsh outdoor weather conditions.

With its smooth and clean surface texture, this curved profile is ideal for projects that favor crisp, fluid lines over intricate ornamentation. Delivered with a factory-applied white primer, the yellowish backing layer of this polyurethane product represents its high-density core. The surface comes pre-primed from the factory, designed to facilitate excellent adhesion for the topcoat. However, since paint manufacturers do not guarantee applications done without their own primers, applying an additional primer coat after installation is entirely at the user's discretion. Polure does not accept liability for surface issues arising from paint application. For exterior applications, UV-resistant exterior paints must be used to prevent the material from yellowing over time.
