The P2001D285VO curved arch element is a polyurethane architectural component designed to create elegant circular contours around doors, windows, and transitional spaces. By softening sharp, angular lines to add depth to any space, this decorative molding beautifully completes circular transitions in both interior and exterior designs.

Manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (150-200 kg/m³), this product features a thickness of 2.7 cm, an arc length of 105.4 cm, and a rise height of 20.8 cm, making it ideal for medium-sized arch designs. Compared to traditional plaster alternatives, it is exceptionally lightweight and shatter-resistant. Unlike wood, it will not rot, warp, or attract pests when exposed to moisture. Thanks to its closed-cell structure, its water absorption rate is below 1%, maintaining dimensional stability in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +80°C.

Featuring a clean, smooth surface texture, the profile's stepped edges and seamless central curve create a subtle yet distinct play of light and shadow. This minimalist profile design effortlessly complements a wide range of architectural styles, from neoclassical elegance to modern minimalism.

Highly versatile, this curved molding is frequently used for framing arched windows on exterior facades. For exterior applications, applying a UV-resistant topcoat is mandatory to protect against sunlight degradation.

During installation, Polure Polfix adhesive should be applied to a clean surface, followed by mechanical fastening with screws. Once joints and screw holes are filled with putty and sanded smooth using 180-220 grit sandpaper, the surface is ready for painting. The product is shipped with a factory-applied white primer; however, since paint manufacturers may not guarantee finishes without their own primers, applying an additional primer coat before the final paint is optional and left to the user's discretion.
