The polyurethane round arched trim is a structural decorative element designed to create soft, circular contours over door and window openings. This custom-designed model, SKU P85401D160VI, blends the aesthetic curves of traditional architecture with modern manufacturing technology. By breaking the monotony of straight lines in buildings, it adds depth and character to transition areas. With its durable structure, it offers a long-lasting decorative solution for both interior designs and exterior facade applications.

The product offers balanced proportions with a profile width of 50 mm, an arch length of 1244 mm, and a height of 314 mm. It is manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane raw material (150-200 kg/m³). This density provides a wood-like hardness and durability while maintaining its lightweight structure. Thanks to its closed-cell formulation, its water absorption rate is below one percent, offering complete resistance to moisture, rot, and insect infestation. With a temperature resistance ranging from -20°C to +80°C, it does not expand, shrink, or crack during seasonal transitions.

As seen in the visual, the front surface of the product features detailed curves resembling a stepped, classic crown molding profile. The yellow cross-section on the back displays the dense and robust inner structure of the polyurethane, while the smooth white front surface provides a finish ready for installation. Unlike plaster or wood alternatives, this resilient curved structure carries no risk of breakage, minimizing installation errors and adding no extra static load to the building.

This versatile curved arch is highly preferred for framing round windows on villa facades, decorating the pediments of entrance doors, and integrating with floor moldings. Indoors, it creates an architectural focal point in hallway transitions, wide living room arches, the tops of niches, and prestigious areas like hotel lobbies. For exterior applications, it must be painted with a UV-resistant exterior paint to prevent yellowing caused by UV rays.

During installation, applying the product to a clean and dry surface is essential. Only Polure Polfix polyurethane adhesive should be used for bonding; silicone-based adhesives must be avoided. For a secure application, mechanical fastening with screws is mandatory. The product is shipped factory-primed. Although this primer prepares the surface for painting, applying an additional primer before the final coat is entirely at the user's discretion, as paint manufacturers often require their own primers for warranty purposes.
