Manufactured from high-grade rigid polyurethane with a density of 150-220 kg/m³ (production target ~160 kg/m³), the product exhibits wood-like structural hardness while remaining lightweight, preventing structural load on the building facade. Measuring 286 mm in width, 1560 mm in length, and 300 mm in height, it easily covers wide spans with superior dimensional accuracy. The element retains its geometry across a wide operational temperature range between -100 °C / +80 °C, resisting thermal expansion, contraction, or warping. Due to its closed-cell formulation, its water absorption rate remains strictly below 1%, making it completely reliable in humid indoor areas as well as harsh outdoor conditions.

As seen in the visual design, the profile features a refined, stepped contour with smooth curving planes. The pronounced relief bands at the top transition seamlessly into a broad circular curve, casting elegant light and shadow contours across the surface. The piece is delivered with a factory-applied primer coating that forms an optimal foundation for finish painting. However, because coating manufacturers require their own dedicated primers for warranty compliance, the application of an extra primer remains optional at the user's discretion. When exposed to outdoor environments, painting with high-grade UV-resistant coatings is mandatory to protect against solar degradation.

During installation, the substrate must be clean, dry, and free of dust, with cut lines precisely executed using 45-degree mitering tools. Bonding requires exclusively Polfix polyurethane adhesive, strictly reinforced with mechanical screw fixings. Screw heads and connection joints are seamlessly filled with flexible exterior-grade filler and sanded smooth before applying topcoats. Compared to fragile plaster, rotting timber, or soft EPS foam, this high-density rigid polyurethane element delivers lasting durability and effortless elegance.
