The P14D20D60VI round curved arch is specially designed to crown windows, doorways, or wall niches with an elegant curve in both interior and exterior architectural designs. With its high impact resistance, it offers long-lasting durability for both exterior facade applications and high-traffic interior spaces.

The product measures 854 mm in width, 427 mm in height, and 49 mm in depth. This curved profile, featuring a perfect semi-circular form, is manufactured from high-density rigid polyurethane (PU) with a density of 150-200 kg/m³. This structural density, comparable to the hardness of wood, ensures the material retains its shape for a lifetime. Thanks to its closed-cell structure that is completely unaffected by water and moisture, it prevents issues such as swelling, rotting, cracking, or insect infestation. These superior physical properties make it far more durable than traditional plaster, concrete, or wood alternatives.

Looking at the product design, the interlocking circular stepped layers and smooth flat surface details immediately stand out. Delivered from the factory with a smooth white primed finish, it provides an ideal base for the final coat of paint. For exterior applications, UV-resistant paints should be preferred to protect the material from sun damage and yellowing.

Once screw holes and joints are puttied and sanded, it can be easily painted with water-based or synthetic paints.
