Completed in Gebze in 2023, this project showcases a striking example of classic-style polyurethane decoration applied to a hotel's exterior facade. The building's magnificent cream-toned facade demonstrates how traditional architectural elements seamlessly integrate with modern polyurethane material. Monumental pilaster columns at the entrance and cornices accentuating transitions between floors lend a strong vertical and horizontal character to the building. Large arched windows, elegant awning details on the lower floors, and carefully placed landscaping elements emphasize the structure's luxurious and prestigious identity.
Polyurethane's lightweight nature, durability, and ability to capture intricate details enable the long-lasting and aesthetically pleasing application of such complex classic designs on exterior facades. The P5020 pilaster columns used in the project add a grand presence to the building's main entrance and overall facade, reflecting the elegance of the classical era with their detailed carvings. Various models such as P1454, P1456, P1459, P1460, P14D20, P14D25, P14D30, and P14D40 were chosen for window and door architraves, creating a rich frame around the openings. These architraves lend a unique identity to each window on the facade while also providing structural integrity.
For arched window applications, P14D25D100VI and P14D40D200VI round arch profiles were used, imparting soft lines and visual fluidity to the facade. These arches aesthetically define the window openings, contributing to the building's overall aesthetic. Furthermore, P28120 ornaments and P2839 crown moldings were utilized at various points on the facade, emphasizing the attention to detail and the subtleties of the classical style. These decorative elements add depth and character to the building's surface, transforming an ordinary facade into a work of art.
Panels coded P3000D10 and P3040A on the lower floors provide a rhythmic texture and a rich appearance to the facade. These panels reinforce the fundamental principles of classical architecture, such as proportion and balance, by dividing wall surfaces and creating visual focal points. At Polure, we continue to add value to spaces and meet the highest aesthetic expectations with our polyurethane exterior facade decoration solutions, as exemplified by this hotel project in Gebze. Each detail is designed to reflect both visual beauty and material quality, ensuring it retains its initial splendor for many years.
This hotel facade project combines the aesthetic richness and intricate detailing of classical architecture with the modern advantages offered by polyurethane material. The P5020 pilaster columns used on the building's facade strongly emphasize the entrance axis, lending a monumental feel to the structure. The P14D25D100VI and P14D40D200VI round arch profiles on the arched windows impart a fluid and elegant rhythm to the facade. Various P14-coded architrave models frame the window and door openings aesthetically, enhancing visual coherence. P28120 ornaments and P2839 crown moldings demonstrate the meticulous craftsmanship of each detail on the facade, reflecting the fine artistry of the classical style. P3000D10 and P3040A panels add a layered texture to the facade and reinforce horizontal-vertical balance, providing depth and character.
