This modern villa project, bathed in the warm light of sunset, showcases the powerful impact of a monochrome color palette on architectural forms. The white base chosen for the exterior is supported by anthracite and black details, gaining a dramatic depth. While large windows and geometric protrusions provide a dynamic volume to the building, the exterior wall lamps create a play of light that highlights the smooth texture of the polyurethane decorations day and night. This design brings a fresh breath to modern detached house architecture by blending minimalism with classical details.
To strengthen the vertical character of the facade, wide fluted pilaster columns (P3040) and supporting decorative capitals (P9135B) were preferred. Linear jamb models (P1465, P1459) used around the windows provide visual continuity on the facade by exhibiting an integrated look with the joinery. Additionally, high-density polyurethane products used in floor moldings and corner profiles (complementary series such as P5040W, P5040B, P5040D) make the sharp lines of the building clearer. Aesthetic balustrade details (P85067BU) in the veranda section surround the outdoor comfort with an elegant barrier.
All decorative elements used in this project were prepared with Polure's advanced polyurethane precast production technology. These precast elements, cast in special molds in a factory environment, do not put additional load on the building compared to traditional concrete-based materials and reduce the assembly time by half. These products, which are fully resistant to water and moisture, do not crack or shed by not being affected by temperature changes outdoors. The smooth finish on the surface provides a perfect harmony with all kinds of exterior paints and maintains its form as the first day for many years.
For users who want to achieve a similar modern-classical look, it is recommended to optically increase the ceiling height by adding vertical profiles next to large glass surfaces. While taking advantage of the contrast of black and white, decorative panels (P5060 series) placed between pilaster columns can add rhythm to the facade. Polyurethane column combinations to be preferred in entrance areas or balconies will reinforce the prestigious appearance of the building. In addition, a more technological atmosphere can be captured in night lighting with jamb models to which hidden LED channels can be added.
The most striking element in the visual is the rhythmic order created by the vertical pilasters (P3040); this order makes the building appear taller than it is. The light coming at a 45-degree angle reinforces the plastic art effect on the facade by maximizing the shadow depth created by the polyurethane profiles. Black-white color blocks help architectural masses differentiate from each other, saving the design from chaos. Framing large windows (P1465) with jambs has created a successful transition form between modern glass surfaces and classical decoration elements.
