Integrating seamlessly with the natural green landscape, this modern villa project stands out with its expansive glass surfaces that maximize daylight and its sleek architectural lines. The light tones used on the facade create a balanced contrast with the wooden deck by the pool, promising a serene living space. The general character of the building is built upon a refined fusion of sharp modern lines and classical decorative arts, where the structural mass of the building is visually lightened with Polure polyurethane details.
The (P1454) and (P1458) jamb models used around the windows frame the large glass panels like works of art, while the (P1470) and (P1472) pilaster capitals emphasizing the vertical lines grant the building an authoritative stance. The (P5040) series moldings softening the transitions between floors and the (P82058) profiles chosen for corner details break the monotony of flat surfaces by adding depth to the facade. The (P3040) column sets used on the entrance and balcony columns add monumental richness to the structure with the smooth surface quality offered by precast technology.
The polyurethane precast production technique applied in this project allowed for the quick and flawless installation of complex architectural details on-site. Thanks to their high-density structure, these products show complete resistance to outdoor weather conditions, moisture, and UV rays, being 80% lighter than traditional reinforced concrete precast materials. This lightness provides a long-lasting application opportunity without creating thermal bridges or adding extra static loads to the building, especially on exterior facades with thermal insulation.
For similar modern-classical projects, a dynamic appearance can be achieved with (P215) cornerstones on the exterior. In villas with large gardens, supporting facade decorations with crown models like (P6031) will make the ceiling height appear more visually ambitious. Thanks to Polure's paintable surface technology, it is possible to create more masculine and contemporary themes by using anthracite or beige tones instead of just white on your facade.
In the design shown, the intersection of horizontal moldings and vertical pilasters creates a perfect geometric order in the structure. The harmony between the turquoise color of the pool and the white facade creates a fresh perception reminiscent of coastal architecture. The thin jamb profiles applied to the wide windows add character to the facade without blocking natural light. The material choice establishes a balanced dialogue between the warmth of wood and the sterile, smooth surface of polyurethane. The architectural proportion provides a sense of structural safety thanks to the support elements under the balcony.
