Modern Pilaster Design

Modern pilaster design is a contemporary interpretation of the polyurethane decorative element that looks like a half-column attached to the wall, with a plain shaft and capital. By reducing the heavy ornamentation of the classic pilaster, it creates a vertical accent in interiors and on facades with a flat shaft and minimal capital. It is used as a dividing and framing element on living room walls, in the entrance hall and on shop facades. The polyurethane material is light and is applied with assembly adhesive or suitable fixings; it resists moisture and impact, does not crack, swell or peel and can be painted. Being lighter than its stone and plaster equivalent speeds up installation and it does not deform on the exterior facade. Its paintable surface matches the wall or facade colour.
